The amazing neck. It is the top of our spine, the place our head rests, (or not), the carrier of enormous weight, the top of the trapezius, the home of the throat, the thyroid, our voice. In this one day workshop, you will add to your understanding of working the neck, with a focus on the magic that happens when we receive the weight and ask the movement to guide us.
We expand our awareness to become fully aware that we are holding the whole spine in our hands, with access to multiple systems and the opportunity to effect both relaxation and healing.
